Sharp Edge cakes have become a popular trend. This class will teach you how to level, tort, fill, cover and ice a cake from start to finish. You will learn how to work with Chocolate Ganache to achieve sharp edges on your cake. You will then cover the cake in fondant achieving smooth finish on your cake.

 

Class Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Tools Required:

Craft Matt + non-slip matt

Large rolling pin

Small/medium Off-set Spatula

Veining tool

Cake smoother

 

*Tools can be supplied should the student not have any of the above items

* The rest of the tools and materials will be supplied

 

Class time: 9:30 – 14:30
